Both editions are digital on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Steam. No physical collector's edition has been announced, and there is no "early access" edition — Deluxe buyers don't get to play before the standard unlock times.
What's in the Deluxe Edition?
The Deluxe Edition carries a $10 premium and bundles the announced digital bonus content. Fictions has marketed the Deluxe bonus as in-game extras (cosmetic-focused rather than pay-to-win gear). We're compiling the exact item list from the launch build and will publish a full item-by-item breakdown with screenshots here on day one — including whether any Deluxe items give an early-game stat convenience.
Pre-order bonus
Pre-ordering either edition grants a bonus cosmetic for Koo, Emma's canine companion — the marketing leans into making Koo "that bit cuddlier." The bonus is a cosmetic outfit/accessory item and does not affect Koo's combat abilities.
Pre-order bonuses on digital storefronts are usually granted automatically at first boot. If your bonus doesn't appear in-game, check our fixes page — missing-bonus DLC entitlements are a classic launch-day issue with a standard fix (restore licenses on PS5, or verify DLC installation in the Xbox/Steam DLC menu).
Which edition should you buy?
- Most players: Standard at $59.99. The Deluxe pack is cosmetic flavor, not content.
- Xbox/PC players: consider Game Pass first — the game is included day one, and you can buy a discounted copy later if you love it.

Is the pre-order bonus available after launch?
Pre-order cosmetics are sometimes released for sale later, but there's no guarantee. If the Koo cosmetic matters to you, order before the August 3–4 unlock.
Does the Game Pass version include Deluxe content?
